However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. In such cases, we have a clear and transparent returns and refunds policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact us info@BEEpothecary.us and we will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item to assess the situation and provide you with a suitable solution.
If a refund is deemed necessary, we will process it as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment and may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your account.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
